The Company
Our client is an Australian media and entertainment business. They are the leading entertainment and sports subscription service on the Australian market and are constantly growing. 

We are currently assisting them in the recruitment of a Facilities Coordinator for their close-knit team in their conveniently located Macquarie Park office. They have a great support network available, and focus on providing the highest customer service experience for their customers.

The Role
As a Facilities Coordinator, your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Operate all dispatch facets including mail, courier, and logistics services 

  • Receipt, sort, and log incoming mail and courier items 

  • Collect and distribute mail across the business 

  • Coordinate all recycling of e-waste 

  • Maintain and replenish stationary across the business 

  • Assist in meeting room and function set up 

  • Assist the Senior Facilities Manager as required 

  • Managing inbound calls from customers in relation to dispatch

  • Data entry 

  • Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm 

As a successful Dispatch and Facilities Coordinator, you will offer: 

  • Previous experience in facilities management or mail room is highly regarded 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong computer literacy skills 

  • A passion for providing quality customer service

  • A positive, confident approach to problem-solving

  • Position requires the ability to safely manually lift items
