The Company
Our client provides specialist Insurance Assessment and Claims Management services to the insurance industry by assisting our clients with processing their claims efficiently and effectively, achieving the best result for the customer.


The Role
The role will report to the Chief Financial Officer and will work closely with the management team to deliver continuous development and optimization of people policies and procedures to meet legislative and internal requirements and promote the corporate values.

Duties Include:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Managing end to end recruitment, including contract preparation, onboarding, induction, and off boarding of employees
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Deal with and resolve employee issues, grievances, and disputes
  • SALARY: $100,000 - $130,000 + Superannuation
  • LOCATION: Baulkham Hills - in office role
  • HOURS: Monday-Friday

Must Haves:
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or similar HR Executive position
  • Experience with HR metrics and knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
