THE ROLE

• Manage a mixed portfolio of physical and psychological claims
• Drive RTW outcomes
• Interpret and accurately apply relevant legislation, guidelines and regulatory standards
• Deliver sustainable, cost effective, claims outcomes in partnership with stakeholders
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders
• Mentor and train junior team members

ABOUT YOU

• Previous Workers Compensation claims experience is desirable 
• Also open to Accident and Health, CTP, life, Personal Injury or Travel Claims experience.
