The Role
My client is looking for an experienced face to face Sales Engineer who concentrates on pre-sales, enterprise selling and has a rich experience in Saas/Cloud. The successful candidate will have a strong background in selling SaaS solutions and an understanding of all phases of the sales cycle and can drive high sales growth across APAC. Duties in this role include:
- Selling the fastest-growing monitoring platform
- Enterprise selling
- Executing great demo’s which demonstrate the unique approach in solving the customer’s pain, executing and managing POCs onsite, building key relationships with the customers and completing RFIs & RFPs
- Assisting with technical matters around Application Performance Management, Digital Customer Experience and Cloud Infrastructure Monitoring
- Work together with the Technical Support team and the Customer Success Team
- Face to face client visits
- HOURS: Monday-Friday (WFH flexibility)
- LOCATION: Office is based in North Sydney
- SALARY: Open
You
To be successful in this position, you must have:
- Experience in enterprise sales required
- 3+ years as a Sales Engineer (preferred), Implementation Consultant, or Support Engineer or Software Developer with experience leading projects and/or working with customers
- Monitoring, SaaS and Cloud experience required
- SRE and developments opps background required
- Someone who is able to driven and able to sell but also have the technical understanding of the products
- Hands-on experience working with programming languages including: Java, .NET, PHP, Node.js, Python, JavaScript frameworks including JQuery, Dojo, AngularJS etc
- Experience with Java technology including Servlets, Struts, Spring, Web Services, EJB, JMS etc.
