The Company
Our client is a unique Australian-owned brand with 103 locations nationally. With over 120,000 customers, our client is one of the few industrial franchises in the world. Due to the company growth, and the fact that all employees were kept on at the height of COVID-19, our client is looking for a Franchise Manager to add their customer service and management skills in the VIC team. 

The Role

• Account manage National or State customers and sites
• Work with franchises to build successful levels of sales using promotional and technical expertise
• Achieve sales targets assigned for the market sector and the territory allocated
• Train and coach centre staff, including senior management, to improve sales and customer service skills
• Build knowledge in all company products and services
• Recommend improvements to existing procedures
• Frequent client visits to schedule and attend - up to 6 customer visits per day
• Salary: Up to $110,000 + Superannuation + Car allowance + Bonus Structure
• Hours: Monday-Friday
• Location: Laverton North

The Ideal Candidate 

• Previous experience with franchises is highly regarded
• Great negotiating skills
• Previous BDM or Sales Management experience
• Full Australian drivers license required
• Someone who is hungry for sales and has drive
• Competency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
