The Company 
My client is a successfully established Insurance Brokerage which prides themselves on providing the best solutions and top services to their clients. They are a worldwide company with over 500 offices and have beautiful, modern offices in CBD.

The Role
  • Managing claims across a range of risk classes including Property, Public Liability and Professional Indemnity
  • Collaborating with colleagues and management to ensure open communication
  • Maintaining and building relationships with insurers and extended network
  • Reserving and investigating initial claims
  • Timely lodgement of claims
  • Providing advice to clients with respect to claim mitigation and claim management
  • Providing effective presentations to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing the claim lifecycle from notification through to closure
  • Being actively involved in team reporting, process improvement, and other ad hoc projects
  • Work as part of a large well known organisation 
  • Manage your own portfolio of claims

About You: 
  • Previous experience managing a portfolio of claims in either the Property, Public Liability or Professional Indemnity space. 
  • A legal qualification is highly regarded but not essential 
  • A strong focus on customer service and stakeholder management 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well as a team
