The Company:

Our client are a growing insurance agency looking for a team leader to manage a team of specialised property consultants. 

The Role
  • Manage a team of Claims Consultants in the Commercial Property space
  • Manage day to day operations as well as being a technical referral for the team
  • Stakeholder management and liaising with clients
  • Prioritising and making sure team meets deadlines
  • Identifying any disputes and/or litigation's
  • Providing claims handling where needed
Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in General Claims
  • Experience in a management role/ops management role
  • Experience across Commercial Property, ISR and Biz packs is ideal
  • Professionally presented
  • Insurance related qualifications will be highly regarded, not essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Most importantly, you should have a strong service ethic with a keen desire to build a career in this space
